Chris Fraser

Chris Fraser is a cofounder of Grubb&Ellis|Barkley Fraser. He serves as broker-in-charge and focuses primarily on office leasing and development. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he's one of the Charleston area's top lease/development specialists. Chris is responsible for having leased several hundred thousand square feet of office space in the area, and in the last ten years alone, Chris has developed office, hospitality and sports facilities valued at more than $100,000,000. He has held his broker's license since 1985 and his CCIM designation since 1989.

Affiliations: Chairman of the SC Housing Authority, Past president of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors, former delegate to The White House Conference on Small Business, Chairman of the board of directors of the Education Foundation, board and Executive Committee member of The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the SC State Housing and Finance Authority.
