Jon Chalfie

An economics graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Jon Chalfie has more than 10 years experience in commercial real estate. A former property manager, he offers a wide variety of experience in commercial and multi-family projects. These experiences allow him to recognize issues that are important to both owners and tenants. He specializes in office space and investment properties throughout the Charleston Area.He lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Marla and their two kids. Jon is a principal in the firm.
