Michael J. Ferrer

Michael’s responsibilities at Grubb&Ellis|Barkley Fraser include the assemblage of properties, site   selection data for tenant/buyer representation, development of market comparisons, and evaluation in dispositions for landlord/seller representation. In 2006 Michael completed almost 50 industrial transactions. In addition to his brokerage duties, Michael is responsible for compiling and analyzing industrial market data and publishes a market update on a quarterly basis.

Michael has established his reputation as an authority in the field of industrial property leasing and sales. Since 2002, Michael has published various articles pertaining to the Charleston Industrial Market. Several of which have been published in Southeast Real Estate Magazine.
