Blair Belk
Mr. Belk specializes in the representation of retail properties and tenants throughout South Carolina as well as the leasing and acquisition/disposition of retail properties.
Mr. Belk's expertise is in the area of leasing neighborhood, strip, and power retail centers and of tenant representation. He also has considerable experience in the subdivision and disposition of retail pad sites.
Mr. Belk is a graduate of Western Carolina University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. While working as a mortgage broker, Mr Belk pursued his real estate broker's license. Mr. Belk has spent the last three years working in Charleston as a commercial real estate broker.
